FIBER ARTS FUN

 

June 25-29

Monday-Friday 9am–12pm (5 sessions)

Instructor:  Pamela Soaring Raven & Susann Lehman

Ages 6-12

For the week - $75 members - $100 non-members

 

Camp will offer students a fun and creative introduction to several traditional fiber arts. Painting with dyes , wet-felting, and weaving are just a few of the exciting projects planned. The repetitive quality of fiber activities and the tactile quality of fiber is both comforting and engaging for your students....

WRITING ACROSS GENRES

 

July 9-13

Monday-Friday, 9am–12pm (5 sessions)

Instructor:  Amber J Pound

Ages 12-18

For the week - $75 members - $100 non-members

 

In this week-long camp you'll participate in a writer's workshop which will introduce you to the four corners of creative writing: Poetry, Fiction, Drama/Film, and Creative Nonfiction. Through hands-on activities and various types of writing instruction, from group level to individual, you'll get your chance to build new skills and improve on talents already within you; all culminating in a multi-genre performance for your friends and family at the end of camp.
